Rules & Collaboration Guidelines
General Rules
Eligibility
- I only serve persons over the age of 15 (in the case of fursuits and items not intended for minors, 18+). If you are younger, I require the consent of a legal guardian.
- I reserve the right to refuse an order without giving a reason (usually due to excessive complexity or inappropriate content).
- All communication must be respectful. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of cooperation.
Payment Terms
Payment & Refunds
- Payment is 100% in advance after the approval of the sketch (unless stated otherwise).
- I accept payments via Revolut, PayPal, or bank transfer (QR code).
- Since this is a custom-made product, refunds are not possible once printing has begun.
IP & Copyright
Rights and Obligations
- As the creator, I reserve the right to publish photos of the finished product on my social media accounts for portfolio purposes.
- Products are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale of the design without prior agreement is prohibited.
Logistics
Transport & Claims
- I arrange transport mainly through Packeta (other companies can be agreed upon).
- I am not responsible for damage caused by the carrier, but all packages are carefully packed.
- In the event of a material defect (e.g., cracks in the print immediately after unpacking), please contact me so that we can arrange for a replacement.
